A MESSAGE FROM The Zenith Cooperative — SUMMER 2023
The Zenith Cooperative will be delaying the next mentorship cycle to 2024. We have been holding the mentorship program for two consecutive years with very little time for reflection or assessment, and given the serious interest and passion for the program — and limited capacity of our unpaid team — we are going to take the time to build new systems, improve existing ones, and take our internal temperature.
We take the responsibility of working with early career and marginalized cultural workers seriously. We think it's important to take the time to request and digest feedback from our past two classes of mentees as well as mentors past, present, and future to make sure that everyone is getting what they need out of the space.
We appreciate the excitement and enthusiasm our community has offered us. Thank you for your patience as we take some time and space to grow. When we open applications for the third round of Zenith we will post to our Twitter account and on our newsletter.
